Dr. Anna Giaufret (University of Genoa, Italy) will present her new book Montréal dans les bulles

Dr. Giaufret is Associate Professor in the Department of Modern Languages and Cultures at the University of Genoa. After her Ph.D. in Francophone Studies at the University of Bologna, she taught at the Universities of Ferrara and Verona in Italy . Her research interests encompass Québec French, Comics, Francophone Sociolinguistics, Terminology, Discourses Analysis and Memorial Studies.

She recently published a new book ‘Montréal dans les bulles: représentations de l’espace urbain et du français parlé montréalais dans la bande dessinée‘ (PUL 2021).
