Haitian writer Gary Victor is the author of several novels, short stories, essays and plays among which Maudite éducation (2012); Le sang et la mer (2010); Pour une literature-monde (2007), Chroniques d’un leader haitien comme il faut (2007); Les Cloches de la Brésilienne (2006); Je sais quand Dieu vient se promener dans mon jardin (2004); À l’angle des rues parallèles (2003); He has written several scenarios for filmmaker Arnold Antonin (Les amours ‘dun Zombi, 2010) and has translated Anoitne de Saint Exupery’s  Little Prince.
